Prana Healing

Prana Healing is a form of energy work without touching in which external energy is absorbed and then passed on via the practitioner’s hands. The energy body of the person treated can thus take in healthy prana energy. In this way it is possible to restore the equilibrium of an imbalanced energy body, remove obstructions and promote a healthy flow of energy.

Prana is the energy which surrounds and permeates our body. This energy was already recognised by ancient cultures and given many names: pneuma, orgone, chi, ki, ka, mana, light ... or prana. Ways of using it are taught and practised in many ancient healing methods.

Prana flows everywhere and is taken in by our bodies via sunlight, air and food.

If this flow of energy is obstructed or interrupted, the energy body is weakened. When the energy body is weakened, support from outside is required in order to avoid the onset of illness.

In Prana Healing, the practitioner’s hands feel the aura and the energy centres or chakras without physical touching. Imbalanced energy is then removed and healthy, invigorating energy is transmitted. In this way, the body is supplied with good, fresh energy and the natural, healthy energy flow is restored. This is often already perceived as a noticeable feeling of relief during prana treatment.

A few prana applications are often sufficient to unblock a person’s access to their own health and energy.
